Privacy Policy

Metastreet (metastreet.io) is an invite-only research and monitoring tool for cross-exchange arbitrage. This policy explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile picture from your Google account. We only request the basic openid, email and profile scopes.
- Sign-in codes: when you sign in by email we store a hashed one-time code for up to 10 minutes.
- Settings you provide: for example a phone number or Pushover key, if you set up alerts.
- Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, requests, errors) kept for operating and securing the service.
How we use it
Only to run Metastreet: to sign you in, keep your account and settings, deliver alerts you configure, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers below.
Service providers
Microsoft Azure (hosting and database, Japan East), Google (sign-in with Google), and our email provider (sending sign-in codes). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Retention and your choices
We keep your account data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and you can revoke Metastreet's access to your Google account in your Google Account settings.
